It is illegal to use profane language on a playground.
Sec. 15-52. Improper language or behavior. No person shall use any profane or indecent language or behave in an offensive manner in any public park or playground of the city or upon the sidewalks adjoining any public park or playground. (Code 1966, § 20-7)
For each act of public swearing a person shall be fined one dollar.
61-8-15. Profane swearing and drunkenness; penalty. If any person arrived at the age of discretion profanely curse or swear or get drunk in public, he shall be fined by a justice one dollar for each offense.
