Sec. 3-5-2. Disturbing meetings. No person shall create any disturbance at any public meeting or any place of amusement by loud talking, indecent or profane language, or any disturbing sound or action. 198-30. Sleeping on boardwalk. No person shall sleep, lie or occupy as a sleeping quarter, or under the guise of pretending to sleep on the boardwalk, any bench located on the boardwalk in any pavilion located at the end of any street or on any bench located on any street.
6-9-202. Neglect to close fences; penalty. A person is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) if he opens and neglects to close a gate or replace bars in a fence which crosses a private road or a river, stream or ditch.
