It is illegal to spit, loogie, puke or urinate on the streets.

Churches, hotels, halls of assembly, stores, markets, banking rooms, railroad depots, and saloons are required to provide spittoons of a kind and number to efficiently contain expectorations into them.

Spitting on sidewalks is expressly forbidden.

Sec. 54-134. Expectorating, urinating, defecating. It shall be unlawful for any person to expectorate, urinate or defecate on any public street, alley, sidewalk or floor of any public building, or any other place not intended or designated for such purpose where the public gathers or has access. (Code 1981, § 15-69)

Washington

You are not allowed to breast feed in public.

Repealed, 2001. As of 2001, law indicates that breastfeeding is not indecent exposure. A 2009 law expands mother’s rights by stating that women can not be asked to cover up or move to a restroom by any business.

West Virginia

No children may attend school with their breath smelling of “wild onions.”
