ORDINANCE NO. 0-5-2001
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF FORT THOMAS, KENTUCKY PROHIBITING THE CREATION OF ANIMAL-RELATED NUISANCES ASSOCIATED WITH ANIMAL OWNERSHIP, MAINTENANCE OR CONTROL; AND PROVIDING APPROPRIATE ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITY AND A PENALTY FOR VIOLATION THEREOF
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF FORT THOMAS, CAMPBELL COUNTY, KENTUCKY:
No person owning or controlling a billiard or pool table shall permit, for compensation or reward, any minor under eighteen (18) years of age to play any game on the table, unless such minor shall have first displayed an identification card containing his name, age, photograph, and the signature of his parents or guardian.
