Sec. 4-6. Noise, odor, etc. No person shall keep or maintain any animal, poultry or fowl in such a manner to cause inconvenience or disturbance to other persons by reason of noise, odor or other cause. (Ord. No. 84-935, ? .0311, 2-20-84)

Sec. 18-6. Shooting birds. No person, except police officers in the line of duty, shall injure or destroy any bird in the city.
5-4-8 Rolling or Throwing Rocks on Public Property. No person shall roll, throw, or otherwise move any rocks or boulders on any public property. But this section does not apply to city employees acting within the scope of their employment.
