Women may not wear a “lewd” dress in public.

Sec. 39-112. – Same—Indecent dress, etc.

It shall be unlawful for any person to appear in any public place in a state of nudity or indecent or lewd dress, or make an indecent exposure of his person, or to perform or commit any indecent act.

    “Obscenity is whatever gives the judge an erection.” Or the cop. Or the D.A. I’d venture that this would apply to “lewd” also. How about “any state of nudity?” Like with a bare face? Ungloved hands? Exposed ears? My wife’s ear lobes are highly erotically sensitive, so I suppose she behaves obscenely by going in public with them uncovered? Or perhaps lewdly?
