Wow…. So I think that it means that if the trains meet at an intersection type thing, than neither can go untill the other has gone… But then they will never go! Seriously, whoever made this law is a retard.

It takes trains awhile to come to a complete stop..there’s no way they’d be able to stop before colliding.this law is just stupid.
