    When two trains meet each other at a railroad crossing, each shall come to a full stop, and neither shall proceed until the other has gone.
    If two trains meet on the same track, neither shall proceed until the other has passed.
    Whenever two trains meet at an intersection of said tracks, neither shall proceed until the other has.
    It is illegal to come within 50 meters of a pedestrian crossing the street.
    Persons may not be drunk on trains.
