Trespass is not illegal as such unless there is criminal damage or it is some security establishment. There may be grounds for a civil action, but you woukd have to establish some damage

simply not true. read the Trespass (Scotland) Act 1865 if you don’t believe me.

i dont believe you ian … read the Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2003 which established universal access rights to most land and inland water.
