Sec. 3-8-3. Age and time restrictions. (a) Use of amusement machines by persons under the age of 16 years shall not be permitted during normal school hours on any day Clarke County schools are in session. 03 11. 03. 00 USE OF COASTERS, ROLLER SKATES OR SIMILAR DEVICES IN STREETS. No person upon roller skates or riding in or by means of any coaster, toy vehicle, skateboard or similar device shall go upon any roadway except while crossing a street on a crosswalk.
