Persons may not tow a sled behind their bicycles.

72.45 TOWING.

No operator of a bicycle shall tow or draw any coaster, sled, person on roller skates, wagon, toy vehicle or other similar vehicle on any public road, sidewalk or public place.

Persons may not sleep on a road.

Toy cars may not be driven down the street.

No person may roller skate and listen to a radio at the same time.
