Persons may not sleep on a road.

§ 130.02 SLEEPING IN PUBLIC.

It shall be unlawful and an infraction for any person to lie or sleep on any sidewalk, street, alley, or other public place in the city.

It is prohibited to sleep in a parked vehicle.

Persons may not tow a sled behind their bicycles.

No one may throw an ottoman across the street at their neighbor.

Persons may not pick flowers from the city parks.

Spitting on sidewalks is expressly forbidden.
