One may not dye a duckling blue and offer it for sale unless more than six are for sale at once.

KRS 436.600

No person shall sell, exchange, offer to sell or exchange, display, or possess living baby chicks, ducklings, or other fowl or rabbits which have been dyed or colored; nor dye or color any baby chicks, ducklings, or other fowl or rabbits; nor sell, exchange, offer to sell or exchange or to give away baby chicks, ducklings or other fowl or rabbits, under two (2) months of age in any quantity less than six (6), except that any rabbit weighing three (3) pounds or more may be sold at an age of six (6) weeks. Any person who violates this section shall be fined not less than $100 nor more than $500.

It is illegal to display colored chickens for sale.

It is illegal for an owner of a store to allow another person to pass out free ducklings in front of the store.

One may not own a red dyed rabbit or offer it for sale unless more than six are for sale at once.

A person who dyes, stains, or otherwise alters the natural coloring of a bird or rabbit commits a Class B misdemeanor. (Ind. Code 15-2.1-21-13(b)

One must obtain a license before holding a Going-Out-Of-Business sale.

who would do that to a baby duckling that is not right read how many ducks dye after you get done dying them blue and differrent colors look t the results for the past week at least 10 ducklings have died because of the stuff in that dye…….u tell me that law should not even be on here that law shouldnt exist that law should say that if you dare touch a duck or dare dye the duck then you will go to prision for at lease 10 years
