A lie. First of all there is no ‘R’ in the Hawaiian Language. Secondly, traditional Hawaiian cultures were not divided in to ‘tribes’. And third, Hawaiians were known to make human sacrifices to their gods but they were not cannibles.

Okay, Michelle. I think it is unfair of you to generalize that all Hawaiians are uptight based on one persons opinion. Yes, it may be hard for us to take certain jokes, but that’s simply based on the fact that to this day people living in mainland America believe that those of us living in Hawaii still hunt for food and live in huts. Media has kept us in this image simply to sell tourism. Anybody living in Hawaii, which there are people in Hawaii that aren’t Hawaiian, knows the truth of who we are and how we live. I don’t expect you to understand. I simply ask you to grant opinions of people individually and not collectively. Hawaii, like every other state in the US, has its fair share of idiots as well.
