Persons operating scooters, in-line skates or roller skates shall operate such scooters and skates in a single file.

Related laws:

1. No person may roller skate and listen to a radio at the same time.
2. Anyone rollerblading may not tie his or herself to a moving vehicle on a highway.
3. Skateboarding is not allowed at any police station.

Article IX Disqualifications

Sec. 3. Duelists shall hold no office.

Any person who shall, after the adoption of this Constitution, fight a duel, or knowingly be the bearer of a challenge to fight a duel, or send or accept a challenge for that purpose, or be an aider or abettor in fighting a duel, shall be deprived of the right to hold any office of honor or profit in this State, and shall be punished otherwise, in such manner as the Legislature may prescribe.

1. A person may not hold public office if he or she has ever participated in a duel.
2. One must acknowledge a supreme being before being able to hold public office.
3. A person may be placed in jail for up to six months for making fun of someone who does not accept a challege.

A person operating a scooter, in-line skates or roller skates shall not attach the same or himself to any moving vehicle upon the roadway.

It shall be unlawful for any beer permit holder to:

(1) Allow any loud, unusual, or obnoxious noises to emanate from his premises.
