It shall be unlawful for any person to sleep, lie or loiter on, or occupy as a sleeping quarter or under the guise of pretending to sleep, on any part of the public beaches within the corporate limits of the Town of Fenwick Island, Delaware, between 12:00 midnight and 8:00 a.m. local time.

    It shall be unlawful for any person to live, dwell, cook, sleep, change clothes or use toilet facilities inside any vehicle.
    It is prohibited to sleep in a parked vehicle.
    No vehicle will be used as a picnic facility, which means no standing or sitting and eating or drinking on any street or highway.
    No person shall pretend to sleep on a bench on the boardwalk.
    Persons may not sleep on a road.
