It is unlawful for a person to consume an alcoholic beverage while operating a motor vehicle upon a public roadway, if the person is observed doing so by a peace officer.

    Sec. 22-44. Storage, depositing prohibited. It shall be unlawful for any person, either as owner, occupant, lessee, agent, tenant, or otherwise, to store or deposit, or cause or permit to be stored or deposited, any abandoned, junked or discarded motor vehicle or motor vehicles upon any public or private property within the city. (Code 1955, § 20-11)
    You may not operate a motor vehicle while sitting in another person’s lap.
    If an animal control officer is in uniform, it signifies to the public that he is an animal control officer.
    No person shall stand in a roadway for the purpose of soliciting a ride from the driver of any vehicle
    It shall be unlawful for any person to sleep, lie or loiter on, or occupy as a sleeping quarter or under the guise of pretending to sleep, on any part of the public beaches

Jack, isn’t that how it is with all laws? If you aren’t seen or caught, then you aren’t punished, so you obviously didn’t commit a crime, ;)
