GENERAL PROVISIONS AS TO FISH AND GAME

Section 207:48

In Night. If any person shall carry away or collect for the purpose of carrying away any seaweed or rockweed from the seashore below high-water mark, between daylight in the evening and daylight in the morning, he shall be guilty of a violation.

Persons may not pass through a “traffic congestion thoroughfare” more than twice per night.

No one may sleep on the beach at night.

In cemeteries it is illegal to: get drunk, picnic, enter at night, and enter by one’s self if that person is younger than 10.

It is illegal for a liquor store to sell cold soft drinks.

The game of “folf” may not be played at night.
