Besides being illegal to do “U” turns the city of Richardson has speed traps all over the place. They also erected no parking signs without residents being informed of any change. Several neighbors of ours were fined for parking in front of their own houses. They also fine you for putting your trash out too soon and for having garage sales. You need a permit to have a garage sale now. They fined a elderly neighbor of ours a lot of money for having a garage sale.
