FALSE. I lived in Wisconsin myself. If women couldn’t get their hair cut, they’d all look like apes. Seriously, is anyone just allowed to post whatever they please on this site. Guhhhh

What the heck?! Um, I live in Wisconsin and I’m a girl.
And I get my hair cut every six weeks.

So far, neither my hairdresser nor my parents have been arrested.

Most of these ridiculous laws were put into affect around the time the state started making laws or if not then long before women earned the right to vote. No one pays any attention to them anymore but they are still technically on the books

Stop saying it’s false. Women get their haircut in Wisconsin all the time… uh duuhhhh we all know that. There are outdated or dumb laws like these, yeah, but that doesn’t mean they’re all enforced. 99.9999% of all police men and women in Wisconsin probably don’t even know of this particular law.

And actually, it is considered assault if you walk up and just cut a girl’s hair without their consent. Like, if I walk up to some girl on the street and cut a lock of hair off for no apparent reason, that is considered assault.
