This is been recently repealed.

This law is just over the top, clear soda’s can’t have caffeine. Like come on, its a soda, if you dont want caffeine in a soda then buy a different drink. To be quite frank it seems obviouse to me that soda willl have caffeine in it.

One problem with “stupid law” sites is that they never provide any proof. In what municipal, provincial, or federal statute is this law? When was it enacted?

This law was repealed in 2003
