It is illegal for a father to call his son a “faggot” or “queer” in an effort to curb “girlie” behavior.

Words are just that; words. Our constitution forbids any state from hampering anyone’s freedom of speech, and saying words like “Queer” or “Faggot” while offensive, aren’t nessicarily swear words. A faggot for instance is also a cigarette, while Queer simply means strange. I call my nephew strange all the time, and tell him he’s acting queer when he tries to stand on his head on tile.
