That is not a law. Every woman has brushed their hair, so I guess this means they all broke the law? I live in in Oklahoma, and I haven’t been arrested or fined from brushing my hair in public. This is clearly not a law, and it is just made up so people would believe it.

This law is not fair because i do my own hair and im not old enough to get licensed yet ! This Law is very stupid.
