Establishments which sell alcohol must have enough lighting to read text inside them.

Sec. 3-4. Lighting.

All licensees under this chapter shall be required to maintain a level of light within the licensed premises which would permit the checking of identification materials without resort to other lighting.

Yet another “do they actually read what’s submitted to them?”

Shock, if you sell booze you have to be able to read people’s IDs!
