SECTION 8-121. GAMBLING ON OR ABOUT SCHOOL PROPERTY. No person shall play, participate in, or bet for or against any game not mentioned in Section 330 or 330a of the Penal Code of the State of California, in any public place or in any place exposed to the public view located within three hundred feet of any school if said game is played, conducted, dealt, or carried on with cards, dice, or other device, for money, checks, chips, credits, or any other thing which has or represents value. (Added Ord. 72-30, 1972).
