Dogs must have a permit signed by the mayor in order to congregate in groups of three or more on private property.

Model airplanes may be flown so long as they stay on either private property or city property adjacent to the county morgue.

Sec. 22-44. Storage, depositing prohibited. It shall be unlawful for any person, either as owner, occupant, lessee, agent, tenant, or otherwise, to store or deposit, or cause or permit to be stored or deposited, any abandoned, junked or discarded motor vehicle or motor vehicles upon any public or private property within the city. (Code 1955, § 20-11)

Cats and dogs are not allowed to have sex without a permit.

It is illegal to permit ones llama to graze on city property.

An ordinance proposed states, “In the future, anyone not living within the immediate vicinity of Robbins must have a permit from the Chief of Police and approval of the Mayor or one of the Commissioners.”
