Crushing rocks in the city limits is forbidden.

9.44.010 Operation of Machinery Unlawful.

It is declared to be a nuisance and it is unlawful for any person to operate any rock or stone crusher or rock or stone crushing machinery within the City.

Skipping rocks in a city park is not allowed

One may only throw a stone at a bird in self-defense.

It is illegal to throw rocks at a city street.

“Vicious Dogs” may not be kept within the city limits.

Rocks may not be thrown at birds.
