Believe it or not, this is true. However the law makes it impossible for them to get it legal. Adults can not give them or buy it for them.
This law also exist in Norway(except that condoms are as legal as soda)

Don’t know about ciggarettes or condoms, but in New Zealand (next to, and very similar to, Australia) it is legal for minors to drink alcohol under their parents’ supervision. So in effect, they can’t buy it, but thet can drink it. Pretty sure there is no law about condoms here

Not true, the law in all States and Territories states that the legal age for consumption of alcohol is 18+. There is no age restriction on the purchase of condoms, however the age of consent must be 16+

Zac is correct. This is not true at all. Legal age for consumption of alcohol in all state and territories in Australia is 18. So this is completely wrong. The only time it is legal for an underage person to consume alcohol by Australian law is when an adult/guardian allows them to have a single standard drink and it can only be served with a meal.
There is no age restrictions on the purchase of condoms. False again.
The only part of this that is true is regarding cigarettes. There is no set age smoking. But it is illegal in every way to supply an underage person with smokes so the only way they can legal be smoking cigarettes is if they found some.

states and territories have their own laws but this is a federal law so it is true. states have made it legal for condoms to be sold to any one, and illegal for under 18 to be supplied with alcohol

Persons under 18 can consume alcohol and smoke cigarettes on private property, e.g. in their house. Condoms can be bought by anyone of any age, for anyone!

Not true, so long as a parent gives permission, someone under 18 can drink. They can get drunk at their friends’ houses if they’re parents give them written permission. This “single standard drink” and “only with a meal” thing you say is BS.

I don’t know if it has changed but I had a foreign exchange student tell me that in Turkey the legal age to buy cigarettes and alcohol was 16. In France with parental consent children are allowed to drink as well. Most provinces and territories are 19 and up, except for Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec. In most instances throughout the provinces and territories however, with underage parental consent you can drink in the house or on the property, with the exception of British Columbia, only children of the supervising parents, not any other minors such as guests, are allowed underage drinking.

This isn’t true, people of any age can buy condoms, and under 18′s can drink at their own home with parent supervision or at another persons house with parents permission.

Well, condoms any one can buy regardless of age. Kids can drink on private property, as for the cigarettes, it is illegal to supply them and for them to buy. But kids always find a way.
