what if youre a cop trying to arrest a thief? would u get arrested for arresting someone then?

It states in the act that any police officer or authorised person who is found on the property will not be liable for an offence. So in other words, you’d be safe. The funny thing about that is, the act states that even if the police officer or authorised person IS actually associated with the thieves, they still cannot be arrested, as this law does not apply to them. Crooked cops ahoy!
